Mt. Hood Adult Day Center is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, serving seniors and adults that experience disabilities. We are in NE Gresham, near Clear Creek Middle School off 223rd and Glisan. Our program offers opportunities for socialization, intellectual stimulation, leisure activities, and emotional support, while understanding that all of these can be unique to everyone. We work very closely with families and care homes to ensure that every individual has a plan that allows them to function at their highest level of capabilities in a warm and nurturing environment.
Our program strives to provide life enriching care to those in our senior community, individuals affected with memory loss, and individuals with special needs, offering much needed respite to their dedicated caregivers.
If you would like to schedule a tour of our facility, please call us to get a tour scheduled. During the tour, we can go over any questions you may have, see what the program looks like in action, and go over any necessary paperwork. If you are pleased with the tour, we can schedule a free of charge trial day for your loved one to come in and experience the program before committing to a more permanent schedule.
We also offer a Caregiver Support Group for anyone in the community who is interested in a safe, private space to share their experiences and to both offer and receive support for those that are going through similar challenges in caring for their loved ones. The Support Group is on the 3rd Thursday of every month from 11am-1pm, in our conference room.
